Individual Support
The energy that drives Brittiney is titanium hope. She believes in the wisdom of the body, the resiliency of the human spirit, and has a deep respect for each client’s brilliant nervous system that knows what it needs for safety and regulation. Her specialty is helping people find their ground when they feel thrown by life and movement when they are feeling stuck.
She is passionate about supporting women and working with:
- highly sensitive individuals
- the hidden artist that never got to fully express themselves
- people that feel stuck in a pattern of movement or repetitive life choices
- open-minded, open-hearted curious humans (all are welcome here!)
“What stood out for me was learning to rethink, in a positive way, about my body. Paying attention, acknowledging…and truly listening to signals and messages from my body helped me feel more balanced in my mind, spirit, and body.” — KS
Somatic Therapy Sessions
Somatic Therapy is the balm for the places that feel bruised by life.
Your body is like a black box on an airplane. It registers and records to cellular memory every movement you make and the impact from the environments you are in. Your nervous system is shaped by these experiences and uses them to adjust and adapt to maintain feelings of safety, balance, and connection. It is a brilliant system that when listened to and honored knows the moves you need to rest, restore, repair, and return back to your authentic movement.
During a Somatic Therapy session, gentle touch and talk are used together while you are fully clothed on a massage table or seated in a chair. The combination heightens physical and emotional awareness and helps to tune in to places and spaces that may be difficult to access through touch or talk alone.
“While seemingly very simple, this is a powerful and non-threatening way to access insights that can be important in healing. Brittiney has a gentle touch and intuitive wisdom that has helped me to uncover issues for further thought and exploration.” — LGD

Infant Massage Classes (birth-pre-crawling)
Infant Massage strengthens bonding and begins the dialogue of healthy touch with your child. Parents massage their own babies and learn different strokes each week that aid in relief from colic and gas discomfort and muscle tension, while promoting bonding and better sleep.
Brittiney offers a safe, shame free zone (yes, crying babies are allowed!) in her Infant Massage 6-week series. During individual sessions or group classes, parents receive tools to reduce stress, deepen communication, and create a community of support for both parent and child.
By the end of the series, parents will:
- Know the difference between yes and no cues to touch.
- Be able to differentiate between soothing and stimulating strokes.
- Have a strong base of knowledge of strokes, holds, and movements that can be used for soothing.
“Being a developmental psychologist, I know the theory behind infant massage, but being able to practice with my own child in Brittiney’s class really solidified the positive aspects in the literature. It was life changing for us both!” — Dr. Paige Davis
