Holistic Healing is an umbrella term for activities and offerings that offer therapeutic benefit but do not necessarily fit within the traditional framework of psychology. They include holistic practices that integrate mind, body, and spirit — like yoga, Reiki, and gentle movement classes. They also include experiences connecting with the natural world and the people, animals, plants, and other elements in our environment. Ecotherapy honors nature as a co-participant in therapy.
