Teens

Adolescence brings intense growth and change—emotionally, socially, physically, and identity-wise. Teens may seek support for many reasons: anxiety and depression, school and social stress, identity exploration, family conflict, trauma recovery, neurodivergence, or to gain insight and additional tools from an adult outside the family.

Our practitioners meet teens with respect, curiosity, and compassion. Approaches may include individual therapy, creative arts, mindfulness and somatic tools, group work, and evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, IFS, and EMDR.

Confidentiality is honored within appropriate boundaries, and parents are kept connected through agreed-upon communication.

Our goal is to help teens feel more understood, more resourced, and more capable of moving through adolescence with a sense of agency and hope.
