Children
Childhood is a time of rapid growth—emotionally, cognitively, physically, and socially. Children may come to therapy for many reasons: big feelings they don’t yet have words for, family transitions, school struggles, grief, anxiety, sensory differences, or the aftermath of difficult experiences.
Our practitioners meet children where they are, using approaches such as play therapy, sand tray, art, movement, and child-centered conversation to help them express what’s happening inside. Parents and caregivers are important partners in the process, with regular communication and support integral to the work.
Services for children honor neurodiversity, where they are developmentally, and each child’s unique way of being in the world. Our goal is to help children feel safer, more seen, and more resourced—both in sessions and in their everyday lives.
