A structured escape from daily routine, retreats offer renewal through activities focused on relaxation, play, self-awareness, and connection.
Retreats provide a break from the busyness of everyday life, offering time to unplug, engage in mindfulness practices, immerse yourself in nature, create, and connect with others. Programs are custom-designed by retreat leaders according to the purpose or population who will be attending — and have included a retreat for highly sensitive female leaders, a resiliency retreat for student assistance team members, and a nature-based wellness day for educators.
Whether on-site at the Resiliency Center, at your organization, or at a beautiful off-site setting, retreats provide space to exhale and replenish.
