Nature-Assisted Therapy and Leadership
Nature-Assisted Therapy and Leadership is an approach that intentionally brings the natural world into therapeutic, coaching, and leadership-development work. Drawing on ecotherapy, wilderness therapy traditions, and experiential learning, practitioners use time outdoors, natural metaphors, and embodied practices to deepen insight and healing.
Sessions might include mindful walks, sit spots, metaphor work with natural landscapes, or group experiences in gardens, forests, or other outdoor settings. Nature offers a kind of co-therapist: slowing pace, regulating the nervous system, and inviting reflection in ways that four walls sometimes cannot.
This approach is especially powerful for people navigating burnout, stress, transitions, grief, or questions of purpose and leadership. Our practitioners tailor the work to each client’s comfort and mobility, ensuring nature becomes an ally rather than an obstacle.
