Counseling and Social Work Supervision

Clinical supervision supports pre-licensed counselors and social workers in meeting licensure requirements while deepening their clinical skills, professional identity, and well-being. Our practitioners offer individual and group supervision for clinicians in Pennsylvania and, where applicable, other states.

Supervision sessions are structured to meet state board requirements while offering rich, reflective space to examine clinical work, case conceptualization, ethical questions, transference and countertransference, and salient self-of-the-therapist issues as they arise. Supervisees are supported in developing core competencies, pursuing theoretical frameworks they find meaningful, and cultivating their authentic clinical voice.
