Laughter Yoga
Laughter Yoga is a unique wellness practice, founded by Dr. Madan Kataria, that combines intentional laughter exercises with yogic breathing. Practiced individually or—more often—in groups, it invites participants to laugh without reason, knowing the body responds to the act of laughter itself, whether it begins as simulated or spontaneous.
Regular laughter practice supports the body and nervous system in meaningful ways: it encourages deep diaphragmatic breathing, may boost mood-related neurochemistry, and offers a playful antidote to chronic stress. For many people, it’s also a gentle entry point into embodied community and shared joy.
Our practitioners offer laughter yoga as part of wellness programs, workshops, and community gatherings. No yoga experience, flexibility, or performance pressure is required—just a willingness to show up, breathe, and play.
