Lindsay Roznowski, MA, LPC

Lindsay Roznowski is a Licensed Professional Counselor providing individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Specialties include trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy, DBT, and the integration of yoga and mindfulness.

Because Lindsay is committed to offering a holistic therapeutic approach, she completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2015. Using the knowledge from this yoga training and other mindfulness-based trainings, Lindsay guides clients in exploring the mind-body connection and in learning mindfulness-based skills to feel more at ease in mind and body on a consistent basis.
