  • Elizabeth Venart, MEd, NCC, LPC
    Founder and Director of the Resiliency Center

    Elizabeth Venart is Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified EMDR Therapist, and Approved EMDR Consultant providing individual, couples, and group counseling, clinical supervision, EMDR Consultation, and training programs on trauma, resilience, and organizational wellness. Her counseling practice focuses on working with Highly Sensitive Persons, including other therapists, healing trauma, and creating a meaningful life.


  • Carolyn Abele, MS, LPC

    Carolyn Abele is a Licensed Professional Counselor in practice over 12 years. She provides individual and family counseling, behavior and parenting support, and clinical supervision. The Executive Director of a therapeutic school for 8 years, she specializes in working with children, tweens, and teens, and supporting parents in navigating school and behavioral challenges.

    Michael R. Bridges, Ph.D. is a former Associate Professor in Clinical Psychology at Temple University and a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Pennsylvania. Dr. Bridges has 25 years of experience in providing psychotherapy, assessment, psychotherapy research, teaching, supervision, and continuing education. His specialties include depression, trauma and anxiety, job stress and career transition.
